One-day training on Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Programe was organized at ICAR-IIWM Bhubaneswar in two batches on 15 January, and 29 January, 2026. There were 25 and 26 participants in the first and second batch, respectively. All the participants received Karmayogi certificates issued by the Capacity Building Commission, Ministry of Personnel and Training, Govt. of India. The training program was part of the massive programe of bringing behavioral changes in 7 lakh Central Government employees across Ministries, Departments and Organizations as Rashtriya Karmayogis in their approach and functioning. In the first batch 100% participants scored well while in the second batch 84% of participants scored well. Both the training batches were effective and the participants appreciated the need of such a training for inculcating positive attitude in work environment. Dr S.K. Rautaray, Principal Scientist, ICAR-IIWM Bhubaneswar and Dr Biswanath Sahoo, Principal Scientist, ICAR-CIWA were Master Trainers for both the batches.
