ICAR-IIWM, Bhubaneswar made an elaborate arrangement for direct telecast of the address of Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modiji on 6th March, 2026 in the Post Budget webinar on “Bharat Vistaar: AI Powered Digital Public Infrastructure for Agriculture and all the sessions of the webinar. Dr. R.K. Panda, Director I/c, Programme Leaders, Scientists, Technical staff, other office personnel and eight progressive farmers participated in the webinar. The salient findings of the budget provisions for promotion of agriculture were translated into Odia language and explained to the farmers. At the end of the webinar, Director and scientists interacted with the farmers regarding Bharat Vistaar: AI Powered Digital Agriculture Promotion and cleared their queries/ doubts. Dr. R.K. Panda, Director I/c, thanked all the participants for joining in the webinar and expected that we have to work hard for transforming our present agriculture to globally competitive one where our farmers will be gainer with proper conservation of natural resources and production of healthy foods. Total 67 (52 male + 15 female) participants participated in the webinar.
